Executive Board Elections
Elections for the MYA Executive Board will be held remotely on Thursday, June 11 during the monthly Executive Board meeting, beginning at 7 PM. The following 2 year positions are available;
Vice President – provides general support to President and communicates with D.P.W. regarding all maintenance issues. Also coordinates use of school gymnasiums and town fields.
Assistant Secretary – Provides general support to Secretary including meeting minutes.

MYA LACROSSE BOARD ELECTIONS – June 10th
The Merrimack Youth Association (MYA) Lacrosse organization will be having elections for positions on the MYA Lacrosse Board on Wednesday, June 10, 2020, 7:00 PM remotely. Due to COVID-19, all meetings until further notice will be held remotely/electronically via Zoom technologies. If you are interested in attending, please contact the current Director, Jill Mitchell @

Per the bylaws, they are now accepting names for the following positions, elected in EVEN YEARS:
- Assistant Director (1)
- Program Administrator (1)
- Boys Coordinator (1)
- Girls Coordinator (1)
- Fundraising Coordinator (1)
- Equipment Coordinator (1)
- Web Master (1)

with questions and/or to nominate yourself, or another member, for any of these positions by June 1, 2020. A copy of the MYA Lacrosse Bylaws, inclusive of descriptions of the duties of each board position, can be found here.
Voting rights on public matters are granted to all members (parents, legal guardians, coaches and individuals actively involved as a volunteer) who have attended a minimum 2/3’s of the regular posted meetings within the current season. There is a maximum of two votes per family.
Sadly, we've been forced to postpone our inaugural event until 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. All registrrants will be refunded. Thank you.

Meetings are typically on the 2nd Wednesday of every month from September thru June at 7:00 PM in the MYA building (unless otherwise noted).
